Zinn is not the accused shooter. Viral handcuff video was widely misread as an arrest of the gunman. Utah County Sheriff Michael Smith said Zinn yelled to delay the manhunt; the office also said it had no information he actually colluded with Robinson. Charging quotes of Robinson-Twiggs texts mention police grabbing “some crazy old dude.”
