Campus surveillance of alleged rooftop shooter
CCTV the state says shows Robinson on campus four times on 10 Sep, including rolling onto the Losee roof, going prone, and dropping off with an object. Identification is the spine of the official case – and of the Owens counter-case.
What is public are stills, released FBI clips of a figure jumping from a roof, and an agent’s narration in court. Native files with chain of custody (camera, export time, hash, who handled them) are not in the public file. Defense has said they have summaries, not digitized originals, so they cannot test whether images are from that day.
Owens has claimed Robinson was not on campus. That specific claim is in tension with the hearing presentation. Tension is not the same as a jury finding. Until native video is archived here, provenance stays official_copy and status stays contested.
