Owens' primary counter-theory. She has said 99.9% certainty he did not shoot from a rooftop alone, and at times that he was not on campus. Defense has not publicly adopted the campus-absence claim.
To land, this claim needs either (a) the rooftop figure is not Robinson, or (b) Robinson was on the roof and did not fire, or (c) the shot did not come from that roof. Each fork has different evidence. Do not mush them. Hearing video the state says is Robinson on campus four times is currently the hardest public fact for the “not on campus” fork.
